Area of production: West Sicily, hilly area situated in the north of Trapani province

Grapes: 60% Carricante – 40% Catarratto

Altitude: 350/400mt. above sea level

Density: 4.000/4.500 plants/ha

Production technique: harvesting in boxes, destalked, cold maceration of the skins with the must (4°C). Soft press of the grapes and very slow temperature controlled fermentation. Cold bottling

Type of wine: White. D.O.C. Sicilia

Colour: yellow gold with light green highlights

Perfume: full, refined and elegant. With a mild hint of exotic fruit notes

Taste: complex and lasting, full and harmonious

Bottle: 75 cl – 11,5% Vol. Best served at: 9° C

Food Pairing: It is excellent with freshly caught fish and crustacea. Ideal with fish cous cous
