Area of production: In the winery’s own vineyards in Erice.

Grapes: blend of native grapes

Altitude: 250/300mt. above sea level

Density: 4.000 plants per ha.

Production technique: harvest in ginboxes of only healthy grapes, destalked, vinification in white with brief maceration at a controlled temperature. Cold bottling and aging in bottle for 3 months

Type of wine: Rosè. Sicilia D.O.C

Colour: bright rosé with coral hues

Perfume: a delicate bouquet with strawberry and ripe raspberry flavors

Taste: fresh, persistent, fruity.

Bottle: 75 cl – 12% Vol. Best served at: 9 ° C.

Food Pairing: Excellent appetizer, and it is best enjoyed with fish soups, grilled fish and vegetables, and white meat. It is excellent with freshly caught fish and crustacea. Ideal with cous cous with crustacea.
