Grapes: 100% Nerello Mascalese

Altitude: 250/300mt. above sea level

Density: 4.000/4.500 plants/ha.

Production technique: destalked, vinification in red with traditional soft pressure of the skins and maceration at a controlled temperature at 20 – 25° C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, cold bottling and refining in the bottles for 4 months

Colour: intense red colour

Perfume: characteristic of the grape, delicate and persistent notes of red fruits

Taste: is full and velvety

Bottle: 75 cl – 12.5% Vol. Best served at: 14 ° C.
