Area of production: produced in the vineyards in the Doc Erice territory

Selection of best marks of: Nero d’Avola, produced in Erice and preserved at a controlled atmosphere.

Altitude: discontinuous steam alembic, in copper heating chambers.

Distillation process: three/six months in stainless steel vats.

Colour: clear, colourless.

Perfume: elegant, harmonious with typical essence of the original vine.

Taste: soft, with delicate underbrush and fresh flower marks.

Bottle: 50 cl – 45% Vol.
