The typical hints of white Muscat grapes grown in the Erice region are enhanced by the second fermentation that takes place directly in the tank containing exclusively fresh, first-press grape must without the use of a wine base. This technique allows for aromatic enhancement and creates the pleasant taste that brings to mind fresh grapes. Its pleasant floral scents, reminiscent of white roses, inspire its name. The result is a sparkling wine characterized by a strong tie with the territory that is versatile and delicate.
Area of production: produced in the vineyards in the DOC Erice territory in western Sicily

Density: 4.000/4.500 plants per ha.
Production technique: Healthy grapes of good maturation are harvested into crates followed by destemming, and on-the-skin cold maceration of the must (4°C). Soft pressing of the grapes and very slow, temperature controlled fermentation. Second fermentation using the long CHARMAT method
Colour: straw yellow
Perfume: ample, refined and elegant with a slight hint of rose petals.
Taste: full, velvety and armonious
