The typical hints of white Muscat grapes grown in the Erice region are enhanced by second fermentation that takes place directly in the tank containing exclusively fresh, first-press grape must without the use of a wine base. This technique allows aromatic enhancement and creates a fresh grape taste, very pleasant to the palate. Its name, Petali, is insired by its pleasant floral scents, reminiscent of white roses. The result is a sparkling wine characterized by a strong tie with the territory that is versatile and delicate.
