Production technique: harvesting in boxes of only healthy grapes, which have reached full maturity, destalked, vinification in red, with traditional soft pressure of the skins and a long maceration at a controlled temperature. A careful “élevage” in Allier-Tronçaise barrique for 24 months. Cold bottled in the winery and refined in a termocontrolled environment for one year
Colour: intense ruby red, with light orange reflections
Perfume: hints of red berries blended in perfect balance with elegant notes of tabacco, cocoa, liquorice and black pepper
Taste: powerful yet delicate flavour, soft and harmonious, with a persistant final taste, its smooth structure is due to the sweetness and softness of the tannins
Bottle: 75 cl – 150 cl – 14% Vol.
Best served at: 16° C
