Area of production: produced in the vineyards in the Doc Erice territory
Selection of best marks of: Nero d’Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, produced in Erice and preserved at a controlled atmosphere.
Altitude: discontinuous steam alembic, in copper heating chambers.
Distillation process: one year medium toasting in barrique of Tronçais d’Allier.
Perfume: complex, delicate, involving, with great character. It is possible to perceive various flavours, such as marasca cherries, wild fruits, chocolate, vanilla.
Taste: rich, involving, delicate, very harmonious and persistent.
Bottle: 50 cl – 45% Vol.
Food Pairing: Best served with chocolate and chocolate desserts, ideal with a good cigar.
