Area of production: West Sicily, hilly area situated in the north of the province of Trapani
Grapes: Nerello Mascalese 100%
Altitude: 250/300 mt. above sea level
Density:4.000/4.500 plants per ha
Production technique: destalked, vinification in red with traditional soft pressure of the skins and maceration at a controlled temperature of the skins and maceration at a controlled temperature of between 25 – 28° C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, cold bottling and refining in the bottles for 4 months

Colour: intense red colour
Perfume: caracteristic of the grape, delicate and persistant notes of red berry fruits
Taste: full and velvet
Bottle:75 cl – 13% Vol.
