Grapes: Inzolia 60% – Chardonnay 40%
Altitude: 350/400 mt. above sea level.
Density: 4.000/4.500 plants per ha.
Production technique: harvesting in boxes, destalked, cold maceration of the skins with the must (4°C). Soft press of the grapes and very slow temperature controlled fermentation. Cold bottling.
Colour: yellow gold with light green highlights.
Perfume: full refined and elegant. With a mild hint of exotic fruit, honeysuckle and acacia.
Taste: complex and persistent, full and harmonious.
Bottle: 37,5 – 75 cl – 12,5% Vol. Best served at: 9 ° C
