Density: 4.000/4.500 plants per ha.
Production technique: harvesting in boxes of only healthy grapes dried on the plants. Manually destalked, cold maceration of the skins with the must. Soft press and very slow temperature controlled fermentation. Cold bottled and cold refined.
Colour: golden yellow with amber and gold reflections.
Perfume: refined and elegant with hints of candied citrus fruit and dried apricots.
Taste: full, clean, honeyed and harmonious, with marked notes of jam and mature fruit, fresh and elegant on tasting, it becomes refined and elegant with a long banced finale.
Bottle: 50 cl – 13,5% Vol.
