Grapes: 100% White Muscat. Aromatic sparkling wine, sweet quality
Altitude: 350/400 mt. above sea level
Density: 4.000/4.500 plants per ha
Production technique: Healthy grapes of good maturation are harvested into crates followed by destemming, and on-the-skin cold maceration of the must (4°C). Soft pressing of the grapes and very slow, temperature controlled fermentation. Second fermentation using the long CHARMAT method
Colour: straw yellow
Perfume: ample, refined and elegant with a slight hint of rose petals.
Taste: full, velvety and armonious
Bottle: 75 cl – 7% Vol.
Best served at: 6-8° C
