Production technique: harvesting in boxes. Destalked, vinification in red with traditional soft pressure of the skins and maceration at a controlled temperature of between 20 – 25° C. After malolactic fermentation, stop for aging on the lees for six months. Cold bottling and refined in the bottle for 3 months

Colour: intense ruby red colour
Perfume: characteristic of the grape, with hints of red fruits, slight hints of balsamic and of white pepper
Taste: full and persistent, elegant with hints of sweet and velvety tannins.
Bottle: 75 cl – 13,5% Vol.
Best served at: 14° C
