Made with an artisanal method, Pietrasacra is a grappa of great substance and a faithful expression of the inimitable territory of the DOC Erice, rich in history and traditions. The hints of ripe red fruits of Nero d’Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are enhanced in this distillation, giving a sense of organoleptic fullness that ascends to an almost austere elegance.
