Growing vines requires patience, commitment and dedication. It has existed in Erice DOC for centuries, and traces of human activity throughout the countryside bear witness to viticulture since ancient times.
Sustainability is the guiding principle of our work from vineyard to winery and, naturally, in the market, fully protecting and respecting the final consumer. The entire production cycle of Casa Vinicola Fazio is inspired by strict environmental safeguards and clean energy from renewable sources.
