THE EVENING OF WEDNESDAY 9th AUGUST (STARTS AT 8:00 PM)
Music, joy and lots of fun, surrounded by the company’s most representative wines – from the Anima Solis Collection to the Egadi Whites, passing through the Spumanti line up to the company’s Cru – offered in combination with the gastronomic excellences of the countryside of Trapani. Casa Vinicola Fazio opens the doors of its Estate for the first edition in the cellar of the key event of the summer of wine, dedicated to the combination of art, wine, music and quality gastronomy.
WINE TASTING
From the Anima Solis Collection to the Egadi Whites, passing through the Spumanti line up to the company’s Cru. Winelovers and also enthusiasts of the world of art and nature, will have the opportunity to experience a unique and unforgettable eno-sensorial experience, discovering the signature labels which, over the years, have made the history of the winery. From fresh and fruity whites to soft and elegant reds, up to refined and versatile sparkling wines, produced with the Charmat method: the wines of the Fazio family will give you an exclusive and engaging multi-sensory experience, through unique sensations destined to last over time. Elegant and refined, authentic expression of the ampelographic heritage of the DOC Erice, the wines of Casa Vinicola Fazio contain the colors and scents of the lands of Sicily.
DINNER UNDER THE STARS
ce Thanks to the precious contribution of Dorian Gray Trapani – The House of drink & food, main partner of the event, various entrepreneurial realities of the quality agri-food will be present, which will offer some culinary delicacies during the evening, in combination with the wines of Casa Vinicola Fazio: the local cheeses of the Genna Dairy, up to the bread delights offered by Forno Rizzo. In the second evening space for Erice desserts with cannoli from Bar Vultaggio. The historic Fontalba brand will guarantee the water service. The company’s goal, an integral part of its mission, is to enhance the territorial identity of the Doc Erice, as well as the gastronomic excellences expression of this wonderful strip of Sicily, through the use of strictly zero km products and raw materials.
MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT (LIVE MUSIC + DJ SET)
An evening dedicated to light-heartedness and conviviality, enhanced by the background of jazz melodies of Alberto Anguzza, the famous Trapani trumpet player who, as the hours go by, will leave room for the current notes of the DJ set. DJ Luigi‘s Baiata and Adriano Auci will take turns at the console, proposing hip hop, house and R&B genres, with carefully selected songs from international playlists. Artistic direction by Fabrizio Orfeo and Giorgia Anselmo.
JOURNEY IN THE WORLD OF ART
A particular focus will also be reserved for the Art and Wine Project, the result of the collaboration with the artist Nicola Pucci, author of the mural “Air Blow on Fulgatore”, which guests will be able to admire in the spaces adjacent to the entrance to the estate. The tasting area and the relative itinerary will also be embellished by the installations and live works of the Piriongo: contemporary Neo-Pop artist, who moves eclectically in a dreamlike landscape with infinite potential, in scenarios where real and surreal tend to converge, with a high aesthetic sensitivity, between artistic suggestions capable of enveloping the viewer with the graphics of fantastic, colourful, holographic, flowing characters and worlds.
